This is an administrative & operations role with growth opportunities to produce tours, lead teams, and serve onsite at events. Role may include occasional travel and/or heavy lifting when prepping/de-prepping tours events.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCONTRACTING & ADMIN SUPPORT\nGenerate Independent Contractor Agreements for TPR-produced tours & events\n\nExecute vendor & contractor agreements as assigned by the Produced Content team, including buses, trucks, production vendors, and contractors.\n\nSet up and manage tour payroll schedules, working collaboratively with the TPR. Ops team\n\nKeep TPR’s venue database updated with most recent building and technical information\n\nTOUR PRODUCING\nAssist the Produced Content team with the coordination and execution of tours produced by TPR.\n\nResponsibilities may include:\nGathering and comparing production bids\n\nCreating and managing tour schedules\n\nBooking travel for crew and talent\n\nCoordinating local production vendors\n\nSecuring rental equipment and labor\n\nAssisting with production logistics before and during events\n\nEVENT SUPPORT\nWork collaboratively with the TPR. Events Department to manage TPR. storage unit, inventory & resource movements, pre/post-tour loads & unloads, and communication with storage complex\n\nServe occasionally in an on-site leadership role for TPR. events as assigned. Responsibilities may include:\nAdvancing shows and coordinating production details with artists, management, venues, and internal teams\n\nManaging on-site execution of production equipment, crew, and labor\n\nEnsuring effective communication and problem-solving during show execution\n\nThis would involve travel, likely including travel overnight and/or on weekends\n\nHOSPITALITY\nAssist the Touring Division with gifts & hospitality for artists & teams\n\nResponsibilities may include:\nGenerating a budget, researching options, and reconciling invoices & receipts\n\nOrdering, preparing, and delivering gifts\n\nPlanning & executing a party to celebrate the end of a successful tour\n\nABOUT THE CANDIDATE\nExcellent written and verbal communicator\n\nAbility to multitask and work under deadlines\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented\n\nProficient with Google suite, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel\n\nSelf-starter that takes initiative and is a quick learner\n\nFlexible and able to change plans on the fly\n\nHighly motivated with the ability to work without close supervision\n\nTeam player that likes to have fun\n\nRepresents TPR’s mission, vision & values well, particularly in artist/client/facing scenarios\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2+ years of experience in Live Events or Touring\n\nKnowledge and understanding of the Christian music industry, and familiarity with faith & family entertainment\n\nDegree in Music Business, Business, Psychology, or Communications a plus\n\nFlexible with work schedule as some projects may require weekend and evening hours\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nFrequent standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, often on uneven surfaces.\n\nLifting, carrying, and moving equipment, luggage, or promotional materials (typically up to 50 lbs).\n\nRepeated bending, stooping, and reaching while setting up or organizing tour logistics.\n\nExtended periods of sitting while traveling by plane, bus, or car between tour stops.\n\nHigh mental and physical endurance due to irregular sleep schedules, long hours, and constant problem-solving.\n\nExposure to loud noise levels, bright lights, and large crowds.\n\nVaried work conditions, including extreme temperatures, outdoor environments, and tight backstage spaces.\n\nUnpredictable schedules with long days, late nights, and changing time zones.\n\nReport to: SVP of Produced Content\nSalary Range: $75,000 -
