Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christians with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.\nThe ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3-5 years of experience on staff at a church.\nEthical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.\nKnowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).\nProficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).\nPassion for conservative ideals and principles.\nPositive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.\nReliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.\nFlexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment. \nProven
