In this role, you will work closely with our Email Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with our mission and drive engagement;\nCreate visually appealing email templates that capture attention and align with our brand;\nAssist in the segmentation and management of email lists based on user behavior and demographics;\nSupport A/B testing and optimization efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness;\nMonitor email performance metrics;\nPull and distribute performance reports (deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates) on a regular cadence and as needed;\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a related role;\nFamiliarity with our brand and mission;\nKnowledge of TPUSA’s media presence, and proficiency with social media platforms;\nAnalytical mind and innovative spirit;\nExcellent oral and written communication skills;\nPassion for conservative ideals and principles;\nPositive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative;\nWillingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned;\nReceives feedback constructively to improve performance;\nEffectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely
