This role supports national campaigns, marketing initiatives, and large-scale events through a wide range of digital and print design work.\nThe Graphic Designer collaborates with internal departments to develop creative assets for social media, email marketing, advertising, and event materials. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable managing projects from concept through final production and preparing files for both digital and large-format print.\nThis position reports to the Graphic Design Manager and works closely with the Creative Director as part of a collaborative creative team.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign graphics for social media, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns;\nCreate print and large-format materials including event signage, banners, and promotional graphics;\nPrepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution;\nCollaborate with marketing, events, and other internal teams to translate ideas into effective visual solutions;\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;\nMaintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables;\nAssist with creative support for national events and conferences, including occasional travel.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3-5 years of professional graphic design experience;\nStrong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work;\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;\nExperience preparing production-ready files for print and digital formats;\nStrong organizational and time-management skills;\nDetail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy;\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments;\nSelf-motivated with the confidence to take initiative and move projects forward;\nDemonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs;\nA valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed;\nMust be aligned with the mission and values of Turning Point USA and have a passion for the movement.\n“WOW!” SKILLS\nExperience designing large-format graphics or event signage;\nPhotography or photo editing experience;\nLanding page or web design experience;\nMerchandise or apparel design.\nPortfolio Requirement:\nApplicants must include a portfolio link showcasing examples of both digital and print design work.
