You will still build every week, taking the hardest parts yourself, and the developers around you will get better for working with you.\nWhat you will do\nLead the build on a client workstream for [client context, e.g. enterprise clients in manufacturing, logistics and financial services], within the architecture our Solution Architects set.\n\nBuild across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, and extend with code where low-code runs out.\n\nSet up the deployment pipeline and the automated tests, so every release is repeatable.\n\nMentor the developers on your workstream and review their work.\n\nEstimate the build, and explain the trade-offs to clients in plain language.\n\nWhat you will need\nThe Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification. Active or expired both count.\n\nA production workstream where you led the build: you owned the technical design, guided other developers and reviewed their work.\n\nA deployment pipeline you set up yourself, with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\n\nCode you have written to extend the platform, such as C# plug-ins, PCF components or TypeScript.\n\nCopilot Studio agents built and published for real users.\n\nYou live in the UK and already have the right to work here.
