The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, batch monitoring, SQL troubleshooting, and application support.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).\n\n- Monitor daily batch jobs, batch schedules, interfaces, and critical business processes.\n\n- Investigate and resolve production incidents, application errors, billing issues, and data discrepancies.\n\n- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents.\n\n- Troubleshoot SQL queries, database issues, application logs, and failed batch processes.\n\n- Work with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and other support teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.\n\n- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.\n\n- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, operational runbooks, and knowledge-base articles.\n\n- Participate in production releases, deployments, and post-deployment validation.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 4 - 8 years of IT experience, with hands-on experience in ORMB application support.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing architecture and business processes.\n\n- Experience with production incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\n\n- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.\n\n- Experience with batch jobs, batch monitoring, application logs, and interface troubleshooting.\n\n- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) concepts.\n\n- Understanding of billing, invoicing, financial transactions, and revenue management processes.\n\n- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWork Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra\n\nWorking Hours : 2:00 PM -
