The position provides hands-on technical support and white-glove service at the client's corporate office. The ideal candidate will have prior service desk or MSP experience, experience supporting users in a mortgage, financial services, banking, or other regulated environment, a strong technical foundation in Microsoft technologies, networking, and virtualization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining exceptional customer service.\n*** This is a 100% Onsite requirement in Allen, TX. Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM ***\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide Tier I technical support to end users, both onsite and remotely.\nManage, prioritize, and document support requests through Zendesk.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Network infrastructure (Meraki or similar)\nMicrosoft 365 administration and end-user support \nMicrosoft Intune and Entra\nVMware virtualization environment\nWindows servers and their roles\n\nDeliver professional, white-glove field service support.\nEscalate complex issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.\nMaintain accurate and detailed ticket documentation.\nSupport end users by providing guidance on IT policies, tools, and best practices.\nPerform effectively under pressure in a high-stress environment.\nQualifications & Interests:\nAssociate degree in Information Technology or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.\nExperience supporting users in a mortgage, financial services, banking, or other regulated business environment is highly preferred.\nExperience providing white-glove support to end users, executives, and business-critical teams preferred.\nHands-on experience with:Zendesk (or comparable ticketing system)\nNetwork infrastructure (Meraki or similar)\nMicrosoft 365 administration and end-user support \nMicrosoft Intune and Entra\nVMware virtualization platforms\n\nBasic understanding of Windows server roles and functions.\nStrong interpersonal skills: active listening, communication, and customer service.\nAbility to multi-task, adapt to changes quickly, and manage time effectively.\nTechnical awareness: ability to match resources and tools to technical issues.\nAwareness of the IT services being supported.\nTyping and documentation skills to ensure quick, accurate entry of service request details.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.\nComfortable using generativeAI tools as part of day-to-day work. \nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nMust work onsite at the corporate office. \nOperates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.).\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nRegularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer equipment.\nMust be able to stoop, kneel, or reach to install and move computer equipment.\nSpecific vision abilities include close vision due to computer work.\nMust be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.\nAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure, demanding environment.\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
