You’ll build and maintain automation workflows, deliver campaigns across push, email and in-app channels, develop responsive email templates, and ensure everything is tested before launch.\nYour responsibilities\nSet up and maintain automation workflows across push, email and in-app channels.\nBuild and deploy campaigns, including scheduling and live monitoring.\nApply audience segmentation and work with customer data, offer and loyalty logic, and personalisation.\nDevelop responsive email and CRM campaign templates using HTML and CSS.\nPrepare, render and manage campaign assets within marketing automation platforms.\nMaintain modular content and create variants for dynamic content optimisation (DCO).\nCarry out pre-launch quality assurance (QA), check functionality and rendering, and resolve any issues.\nYour profile\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations and marketing automation, particularly in email and CRM template development.\nExperience delivering complex, high-volume campaigns across multiple channels.\nHands-on experience with a marketing automation or customer engagement platform;
