Our lead product, TrackedGait, measures how people walk from a short smartphone video. It needs no lab, no sensors and no specialist. A free version is already live on the App Store and Google Play. The same engine powers TrackedFlyBox, our automated phenotyping system, which research labs already use for drug discovery.\nWe are now adapting TrackedGait for children with cerebral palsy, so families and clinicians can follow gait at home between clinic visits.\nWhy this matters \nCerebral palsy is the most common motor disability in childhood, and gait is central to how clinicians plan and evaluate treatment. Today, detailed gait analysis happens in specialised motion capture labs, a few times a year at best. Between visits, families and clinicians have little objective data. A validated smartphone tool can change that: more frequent measurement, earlier signals and less travel for the child.\nThe role \nYou will join a small team in Copenhagen and work closely with our CEO, Michael Petr, PhD (aging research, computer vision and biomedical imaging), and our US engineers. Over a 12-month project, you will:\nBuild and improve our video-based gait models for children with cerebral palsy\n\nPrepare and quality-check video and motion capture data for training and testing\n\nRun comparisons against lab motion capture and report the results\n\nHelp turn the pipeline into a stable product for clinical pilots\n\nYou will own real parts of the pipeline from day one, and your work will go directly into clinical pilots with a partner hospital.\nAbout you\nStrong Python and hands-on experience with computer vision or machine learning on video\n\nComfortable working with real-world data and cloud computing\n\nClear communicator who can work independently in a small team\n\nEligible to work in Denmark\n\nNice to have\nExperience with human pose or movement data, biomechanics or health data\n\nFamiliarity with GDPR and working with sensitive data\n\nDanish language skills\n\nWhat we offer\nWork with clinical impact for children and their families\n\nDirect access to the CEO and a team with deep experience in computer vision and biomedical research\n\nAdvisors from AI drug discovery and machine learning, including leaders from Insilico Medicine and ViQi\n\nHigh ownership in an early-stage company, with the option to grow the role\n\nPractical\nPart-time, about 15–20 hours a week, with the option to grow\n\nStart: early 2027,
