Successful candidates will be placed within our Customer Experience and 24-Hour Critical Services Control Centres, where they will gain valuable workplace exposure and practical experience in customer engagement, communication, sales support, problem-solving and business systems. This programme is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and workplace experience required to enhance future employability and career development opportunities.\nJob description\nKey Outputs:\nThis learning intervention is a full qualification which consists of structured unit standard-based learning combined with practical/workplace experience which totals to 132 credits. After having completed the qualification the young people will be equipped with the following competencies:\nProviding effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution.\nCapturing and updating customer information.\nDelivering excellent customer service.\nHandling customer queries and electronic communication.\nDeveloping knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems.\nUpselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.\nUnderstanding invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes and payment allocations.\nSupporting data integrity initiatives.\nContracting and scheduling.\nDeveloping problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.\nMinimum requirements\nBe a South African citizen in possession of a valid South African ID.\nAges between 18 and 35 with no Criminal Record\nBe currently unemployed\nNot studying fulltime and no previous formal work experience\nHave basic computer literacy.\nQualification:\nMatric \nMinimum Level 4 English and a pass in mathematics/mathematics literacy\nCompetencies Required:\nWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate:\nA passion for customer service.\nA professional and positive attitude.\nExcellent
