Job description Key Outputs: The Graduate Development Programme is a 12-month structured workplace experience programme aimed at graduates seeking practical exposure within a customer experience environment. After having completed the qualification, the young people will be equipped with the following competencies: Providing effective first-contact and one-stop customer resolution. Capturing and updating customer information. Delivering excellent customer service. Handling customer queries and electronic communication. Developing knowledge of Tracker products, services and systems. Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
