# Digital Marketing Manager

Introduction Tracker is seeking an experienced, commercially minded and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing function and accelerate measurable customer and business growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute Tracker's digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, analytics, marketing technology (MarTech), Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital platforms and commercial return on investment. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring an individual who can translate customer behaviour, digital performance and data into actionable growth opportunities while strengthening Tracker's overall digital marketing capability.
