launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns\nManage campaign budgets and performance against lead and pipeline goals\nDevelop audience targeting strategies across multiple channels\nContinuously test and optimize messaging, creative, and landing pages\nMarketing Automation & Email\nBuild and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys in HubSpot\nSupport lead nurturing programs across multiple buyer personas\nAssist with lead scoring and segmentation initiatives\nEnsure proper campaign tracking and reporting\nDigital Campaign Execution\nSupport webinar, event, product launch, and integrated marketing campaigns\nCoordinate campaign assets and digital promotions across channels\nManage social media publishing and paid social initiatives\nCollaborate with content and design resources to maximize campaign performance\nAnalytics & Reporting\nMonitor campaign KPIs including CPL, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI\nCreate recurring performance reports and dashboards\nIdentify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness\nProvide recommendations based on campaign and funnel performance\nQualifications\n3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS\nHands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads\nExperience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms\nStrong understanding of lead generation and demand generation principles\nExperience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics\nExcellent organizational and project management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nHubSpot certification\nGoogle Ads certification\nSalesforce familiarity\nExperience supporting webinars and virtual events\nBasic SEO and conversion rate optimization knowledge\nSuccess Metrics\nGrowth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)\nPipeline sourced and influenced by marketing campaigns\nImproved conversion rates across paid and owned channels\nIncreased campaign ROI and marketing
