Technology\nOwn and administer HubSpot and related marketing technologies\nManage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, webinar platforms, intent providers, and other systems\nEnsure data quality, governance, and operational consistency\nEvaluate and implement new marketing technologies as needed\nLead Lifecycle Management\nDesign and optimize lead routing, scoring, and qualification processes\nPartner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead conversion and speed-to-lead\nMonitor lead flow and identify bottlenecks across the funnel\nMaintain lifecycle definitions and reporting standards\nRevenue Analytics & Reporting\nBuild and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting\nDevelop attribution models to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue\nAnalyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness\nDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership\nProcess Optimization & Automation\nImprove operational efficiency through automation and workflow design\nStandardize campaign execution and reporting processes\nReduce manual reporting and data management activities\nDocument best practices and operational procedures\nStrategic Partnership\nCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations\nSupport annual planning, forecasting, and pipeline analysis\nHelp define performance benchmarks and growth targets\nEnsure alignment across marketing and sales systems and reporting\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Analytics\nDeep experience with HubSpot and Salesforce\nStrong understanding of B2B demand generation and revenue funnels\nExperience building dashboards, attribution models, and executive reporting\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to translate data into business recommendations\nPreferred Qualifications\nHubSpot certification\nSalesforce Administrator certification\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms\nSQL experience\nExperience supporting ABM and enterprise sales motions\nFamiliarity with intent data and modern demand generation technologies\nSuccess Metrics\nImproved marketing-to-sales conversion rates\nIncreased visibility into pipeline creation and attribution\nFaster lead response and routing
