the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.\nHiring Coordination & Talent Pipeline: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely closure of open positions.\nHR Policies & Processes: Support the development, implementation, and regular updating of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.\nEmployee Support & Relations: Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, support grievance handling and disciplinary matters, and ensure sensitive issues are managed confidentially in coordination with HR leadership.\nEmployee Engagement & CSR: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and CSR programmes to promote a positive workplace culture.\nRewards, Recognition & Gifting: Manage employee recognition initiatives, festive gifting, rewards, and milestone celebrations.\nTravel Management: Coordinate employee travel arrangements, bookings, and related requirements in collaboration with vendors.\nHR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, records, and administrative activities to ensure smooth HR functioning.\nHRMS & Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update information in HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, ensuring timely completion of documentation.\nEmployee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate joining and exit formalities, documentation, and company asset handovers to ensure a smooth employee transition.\nVendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support HR initiatives, employee services, and administrative requirements.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of full-time HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.\nGood understanding of core HR functions, employee relations, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.\nHands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, and external vendors.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.\nAbility to take ownership of responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional
