efficient backend code.\n Review code and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.\n Ensure consistency, reusability, and long-term maintainability of backend systems.\n API & System Integration Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.\n Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and external services.\n Ensure data integrity, reliability, and security across all integrations.\n Performance, Security & Reliability Optimize backend performance, scalability, and system stability.\n Implement robust security practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.\n Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead root-cause analysis.\n Collaboration & Delivery Management Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.\n Support sprint planning, technical estimation, and delivery commitments.\n Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.\n Mentoring & Team Development Mentor and guide backend developers to elevate technical capability across the team.\n Provide technical coaching, feedback, and performance support.\n Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.\n Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n 8-12 years of backend development experience, with proven leadership responsibility.\n Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.\n Extensive experience with micro services architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.\n Strong database expertise (SQL and/or NoSQL).\n Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized
