You’ll combine strong automation skills with the ability to define end-to-end quality strategies across the Trackman ecosystem-from radar data pipelines to TM Performance Studio used by athletes and coaches worldwide.\nYou’ll join an international team and help elevate quality practices by mentoring peers, partnering closely with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers, and championing a quality-first approach throughout the development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for both backend APIs (REST/GraphQL), web applications and Windows desktop applications\n\nArchitect end-to-end test strategies covering integration, system, performance, and regression testing\n\nLead test planning and review sessions within Agile/Scrum ceremonies alongside developers and product owners\n\nDrive quality across the full stack: from data ingestion APIs and cloud services through to client-facing Windows/Web applications\n\nDefine and enforce test coverage standards, reporting metrics, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)\n\nExplore and implement AI-assisted testing techniques - including AI-generated test cases, intelligent test prioritisation, and anomaly detection - to increase testing efficiency and coverage\n\nMentor and guide junior QA engineers and SDETs across the team\n\nCollaborate with DevOps and platform engineers to embed testing earlier in the development pipeline (shift-left)\n\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions from a testability perspective\n\nConduct exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover edge cases beyond automated suites\n\nRequirements\nThe Ideal Candidate\nHolds a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (bachelor's level minimum)\n\nHas 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or SDET roles, with proven seniority in at least two of: backend API testing, desktop/Windows application testing, or test framework architecture\n\nIs highly proficient in C# for test automation, with strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.\n\nHas hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., RestEaze, Postman, Playwright, SpecFlow, or similar)\n\nHas experience testing Windows/Web based applications and understands UI automation frameworks\n\nIs experienced with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms for pipeline integration and test reporting\n\nDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose complex, cross-layer defects\n\nAI & Emerging Technologies\nHas experience with and understands how AI and machine learning concepts can be applied within a quality engineering context\n\nIt Will Also Be a Plus If You Have\nExperience in the gaming or sports technology industry\n\nKnowledge of radar, computer vision, or sensor data systems\n\nGolf knowledge or broader sports interest - you don't need to be a pro, but a genuine passion for sports helps!\n\nWe Offer\nA senior, high-impact role in which you will directly shape Trackman's quality engineering culture and practices\n\nThe chance to work with and test the world's leading sports tracking technology, trusted by elite athletes across golf, baseball, and football\n\nA collaborative, cross-functional team with 40+ highly skilled colleagues from more than 35 nationalities\n\nExposure to cutting-edge technology - radar, computer vision, real-time data, and AI - in a unique product domain\n\nAn open, informal, and ambitious company culture where great ideas are heard and innovation is encouraged\n\nContinuous learning and growth opportunities as Trackman scales\n\nSocial activities and a vibrant team culture\n\nThe Office\nWe are located at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm.
