Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Enterprise Architecture tools or repositories will be an added advantage.\nThis role offers an opportunity to work closely with Enterprise Architects and business and technology stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and develop expertise in Enterprise Architecture over time.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the Enterprise Architecture team with day-to-day architecture activities and repository maintenance.\n\nAssist in setting up, maintaining, and improving the Enterprise Architecture Repository and CMDB.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information about business applications, IT systems, technology components, and their relationships.\n\nPerform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.\n\nAssist in collecting, validating, organizing, and documenting architecture-related information.\n\nSupport architecture governance activities, standards compliance, and repository management processes.\n\nCollaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and technology teams to gather and validate architecture information.\n\nAssist with application inventory management, technology landscape documentation, and dependency mapping.\n\nHelp improve repository completeness, consistency, accuracy, and usability.\n\nPrepare reports, maintain documentation, and track follow-up actions related to architecture and governance activities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve repository processes, data quality, and architecture documentation practices.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n5-7 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, Architecture Analysis, CMDB management, or related areas.\n\nGood understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including business applications, application landscapes, technology components, and system relationships.\n\nExperience working with an Enterprise Architecture Repository, application inventory, technology repository, or CMDB.\n\nStrong documentation, data validation, and data quality management skills.\n\nAbility to gather information from multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate architecture records.\n\nGood analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.\n\nAttention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.\n\nFamiliarity with Configuration Items (CIs), CI relationships, and CMDB data quality.\n\nExperience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Ardoq, Avolution ABACUS, Orbus iServer, or Sparx Enterprise Architect.\n\nKnowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or modeling languages such as ArchiMate.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL, configuration management, application portfolio management, and architecture governance.\n\nExperience supporting CMDB setup, architecture repository onboarding, data reconciliation, or repository improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAn
