This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain, vendor relations, procurement activities, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will manage vendor communications, coordinate purchasing, oversee repair and return processes, and support dispatch operations from our office.\nKey Responsibilities\nVendor Management\nMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service agreements\nEvaluate new vendor proposals and conduct performance assessments for current partners\nNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules\nIdentify and resolve vendor performance issues or disputes promptly\nPrepare and distribute vendor performance scorecards and reports\nTrack and document all vendor interactions, agreements, and contracts in the management system\nProcurement Operations\nProcess purchase orders for new and existing products from approved vendors\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate reorder points with warehouse teams\nTrack shipments, manage receiving inspections, and verify product quality\nCommunicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery delays, or supply disruptions\nCustomer Service & Repair/Return Management\nHandle inbound customer inquiries related to repairs and returns via email and phone\nDocument customer issues, repair requests, and return authorizations accurately\nCoordinate with technical teams to provide customers with repair timelines and updates\nManage return shipment logistics and ensure proper product handling\nProcess replacements and repair authorizations as per company policies\nFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolution outcomes\nMaintain detailed case records for repair/return analysis and process improvement\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred\nExperience: Minimum 2 years in operations, procurement, vendor management, or a related field\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nExperience with inventory/procurement systems (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory)\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and customer interaction\nOrganizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability with a focus on meeting deadlines\nProblem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective, timely solutions\n------------------------------------------------------------------------\nPlease note that each application is reviewed carefully.
