The Group has c.550 permanent employees serving its growing customer base from offices in the UK, Ireland and the US.\n\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for an aspiring Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical delivery. This role would suit someone with some exposure to product, projects, business analysis, support, or software delivery who is looking to build a career in Product.\nAs a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, software developers, UX specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure we build the right product, in the right way. You’ll help translate business and user requirements into clear priorities, support the delivery of product initiatives, and work closely with development teams to bring ideas to life.\n\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop an understanding of our users, products, and industry to help shape product decisions.\nTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and priorities for the development team.\nMaintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring work is well-defined and aligned to business needs.\nWork closely with developers to answer questions, clarify requirements, and support testing.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, UX specialists, and stakeholders to improve the user experience.\nSupport sprint planning, refinement sessions, and product delivery activities.\nProduce and maintain product documentation and gather feedback from users.\nHelp manage business requests, support activities, and smaller project-based initiatives that sit alongside traditional Product Owner responsibilities.\nContribute ideas for improving the product, processes, and ways of working\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nExperience owning or contributing to SaaS enterprise software products.\nStrong knowledge of issue tracking tools, especially Jira.\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nEffective problem-solving capability with a creative mindset.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to communicate progress clearly.\nOrganised, resilient, and adaptable to change and feedback.\nExperience in software product development, user experience, and process/data modelling.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll join a team that cares about building products that matter, values curiosity and creativity, and continuously strives to improve.
