The Group has c.500 permanent employees serving its growing customer base from offices in the UK, Ireland the US and Germany.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-profile technology programmes within our Rail Safety portfolio. These solutions help customers reduce safety-critical errors, improve compliance, increase operational efficiency, and support major rail modernisation initiatives\nWorking at the intersection of technology, delivery and stakeholder management, you will be responsible for driving programme outcomes, navigating complexity, mitigating risk, and ensuring successful delivery against ambitious business and customer objectives.\nThis role requires a leader who can bring structure, technical credibility and decisive programme leadership to largescale software delivery and transformation initiatives.
