You will help streamline processes, enhance team efficiency, and directly contribute to the company's overall success.\nResponsibilities\nBuild Product Features: Design, develop, and ship features end-to-end, from initial concept through to production.\nPartner with Product & Design: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas and customer needs into technical solutions.\nOwn Technical Decisions: Make pragmatic architecture and implementation choices that balance speed, quality, and scalability.\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with software, product, engineering, and other departments for seamless execution.\nIterate Based on Feedback: Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to refine and improve features post-launch.\nSupport Deployments: Help ensure smooth, efficient deployments and system performance.\nRequirements\n5+ years in full-stack development, with strong experience in frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend systems (APIs, microservices, gRPC, REST), databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis), and cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or similar).\nProficient in TypeScript and Golang (or similar languages), with solid testing experience (unit, end-to-end, and load testing using Cypress, Playwright, k6).\nComfortable with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring (Datadog, Grafana).\nStrong product sense, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into shipped features and iterate based on user feedback and data.\nExperience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into product features (e.g., RAG, GPT-based solutions, API integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication to foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.\nStrong track record of owning features through the full development lifecycle, using issue tracking tools (Linear), and delivering on time.\nExperience in startups or high-growth environments, with comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive Compensation\nPremium Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage\nPaid Time Off (PTO): 15 Days\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nWellhub Membership -
