You’ll engage with Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Plant Managers, and Operations Leaders to understand challenges, demonstrate Tractian’s solutions, and drive measurable improvements in uptime, reliability, and operational performance.\nResponsibilities\n Partner with Account Executives as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, engaging maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to understand customer challenges and requirements.\nLead consultative discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations that showcase Tractian’s condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance solutions.\nTranslate technical insights into measurable business outcomes, including reduced downtime, improved asset performance, increased uptime, and ROI.\nBuild credibility with frontline maintenance teams and executive stakeholders by leveraging real-world industrial experience and technical expertise.\nSupport RFPs, RFIs, proof of concepts, and customer technical discussions while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure long-term success.\nUtilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activity, and provide visibility into pipeline progress.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in asset monitoring, IoT, or related technology sectors.\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technological solutions.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to travel as needed to meet clients and close sales.\nValid driver's license with a good standing record.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive Compensation\nPremium Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage\nPaid Time Off (PTO): 15 Days\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nWellhub Membership -
