Powered by a combination of human analysts and technology, we help Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nAs a Product Manager at Tracxn, you'll own the roadmap for your product modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You'll translate user needs into clear product requirements, drive execution with design and engineering teams, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position by mentoring others and shaping Tracxn's product strategy.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProduct Ownership & Strategy:\n\n- Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned modules in alignment with business goals.\n\n- Build clear use cases, write crisp PRDs, and translate customer needs into actionable features.\n\n- Support all product decisions with data, insights, and research-driven validation.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration:\n\n- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature rollouts.\n\n- Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and drive alignment.\n\n- Foster collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that enhance user and business value.\n\nDelivery & Quality:\n\n- Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.\n\n- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs to track success and identify improvement areas.\n\n- Continuously iterate based on performance data and user feedback to optimize experience.\n\nLeadership & Growth:\n\n- Work closely with the VP of Product to drive key strategic initiatives and product evolution.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.\n\n- Take proactive ownership in scaling product processes and contributing to team growth.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\n- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.\n\n- Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to think from first principles.\n\n- Aptitude to learn and apply technical concepts; coding knowledge not required.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.\n\n- A team player with empathy and a \"get-it-done\" execution mindset.\n\n- Preferred: experience working with enterprise research, analytics, or investment-intelligence products.\n\n- Preferred: prior experience mentoring or managing junior product managers.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT TRACXN\n\n- Fixed work timings - 9 hrs x 5 days.
