Campaign Optimization:\nMap user journeys and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance funnel conversion rates. \nSupport analysis and improvement of CRM campaigns through A/B testing and result analysis. \n3. Platform Enhancement:\nDevise strategies to enhance CRM platform usage by automating basic, everyday tasks. \nAssess and plan data points for integration with the CRM platform. \n4. Data Analysis:\nExtract and analyze data from the CRM platform, utilizing data visualization tools for reporting. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and define solution architectures.\n5. Technical Expertise:\nDemonstrate comprehensive technology experience across mobile, web, and middleware applications. \nApply frameworks such as TOGAF or other relevant methodologies to guide solution architecture design. \n6. Solution Integrity:\nEnsure technical integrity and consistency throughout the solution life-cycle. \nParticipate actively in all stages of initiatives, providing support for implementation and handover to IT operations. \n7.
