They ensure all material whether internally or externally sourced is available and organized before the commencement of work. The Maintenance Coordinator also maintains the stores inventory.\nResponsibilities\nMaintenance Planning and Scheduling:\nMonitors and adjusts corrective and preventive work activities in SAP.\nWorks with Maintenance Supervisor to create a schedule so that work can be completed by assigned due date.\nLeads the planning and scheduling of large and small shutdowns.\nAssists mechanics with assigning parts and time to work orders in SAP.\nCreates purchase requisitions and performs goods receipts for maintenance and stores related purchasing activities.\nInterfaces with accounts payable to ensure that vendor related payment issues are resolved.\nLeads monthly and annual stores inventory checks and reconciliation in SAP.\nInterfaces with vendors to ensure VMI, stock, and non-stock materials and supplies are available.\nWorks with mechanics to ensure that parts are labeled and stored in assigned locations.\nProvides off hours and off site support for identification and purchase of parts as required.\nMaintains and updates maintenance and engineering files, including the scanning of documents.\nSafety/Environmental/Quality Support:\nEnsure Safety, Environmental and Quality critical safeguards PM orders are issued and parts assigned.\nEnsure mechanics are scheduled for all required safety meetings and training.\nEnsure ISO, QS and PM procedures are uploaded into SAP.\nParticipate in assigned salaried safety programs such as safety watch, flash audit and time for safety.\nLoss control and responsible care management review, leadership, approval and delegation as prescribed by the Maintenance/Reliability Manager.\nComplete assigned safety and reliability actions in a timely manner.\nMaintenance Supervision:\nBackup for the Maintenance Supervisor in their absence.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nAssociate degree preferred.\n5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.\n5 years of experience within maintenance planning and scheduling preferred.\nMust be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lb.\nKnowledge/Skills\nComputer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and databases desired.\nWorking knowledge of SAP required.\nMust maintain a valid driver’s license.\nStrong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal).\nStrong commitment to safety and experience in an industrial setting.\nHighly motivated team player able to work at a fast pace.\nEquity and Inclusion With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
