We are the face to our growth.\nDevelop and implement engagement marketing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value\nResponsible for constant performance optimization via testing\nDrive data analysis to inform engagement strategies, optimize campaigns and report key engagement metrics performance\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including among others product management, product growth and brand marketing\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR \n2+ years experience in engagement or retention marketing within fast-paced B2C environments preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth industries\nProficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, like Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, and CDPs such as mParticle\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus\nYou are stellar at project management, execution focused and not worried about getting your hands dirty yourself\nData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to identify new high-impact campaign strategies, as well as evaluate and interpret results of existing campaigns, allowing for iterative improvements\nWHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW\nOur culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
