Make an impact!\nWe are looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to join our Inutec team, managing a portfolio of complex nuclear, engineering and environmental projects. This role is ideal for a Project Manager, Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to combine project delivery with strong commercial ownership. Acting as the bridge between commercial and technical teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and in line with client requirements. In return, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a broader Technical Project Manager role within a highly regulated and growing sector.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManaging a portfolio of projects from contract award through to completion.\nLeading change control, contract variations and compensation events while protecting project margins.\nIdentifying and managing scope creep to ensure contractual entitlement is maintained.\nActing as the key link between clients, operations, laboratory teams and technical stakeholders.\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and against commercial objectives.\nDo you have what it takes?\nExperience in Project Management, Contract Management, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or a similar role.\nStrong commercial awareness with experience managing contracts, variations, change control or compensation events.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\nExperience delivering projects within nuclear, engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, process or other highly regulated environments.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across commercial, operational and technical teams.\nDesirable skills\nExperience working under NEC contracts.\nPRINCE2, APM or other Project Management qualification.\nExperience within the nuclear, environmental, waste management or decommissioning sectors.\nKnowledge of commercial risk management, forecasting and cost control.\nTechnical or engineering background, or a desire to develop into a more technical project management role.\nWe expect from you to Be accountable, Drive results, Embrace Change, and high levels of Collaboration!\nWhat’s in for you?\nCompetitive salary up to £60,000\nUp to 15% Bonus\n6% contributory pension\nA range of benefits, including access to our benefits platform for discounts and cashback on shopping purchases, gyms and leisure activities, cycle to work scheme, and a dedicated wellbeing centre\nReady to make a difference?
