Make an impact!\nMain purpose of job:\nTo carry out site maintenance tasks at Tradebe Transfer Stations within the Northwest UK (plus visits to other sites). To maintain these site in a safe and compliant operational state and to proactively improve the maintenance records and operational efficiencies at these sites whilst maintaining the highest health & safety standards.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nTo carry out maintenance tasks at Knowsley, Image Park and Cheshire sites as necessary, with occasional visits to Hinckley. \nTo use the Planned Preventative Maintenance System to schedule and record all maintenance work on each site, proactively planning future maintenance tasks to maintain the smooth running of the plants.\nTo manage the Maintenance Technician, including his workload, timekeeping holidays and training needs.\nTo ensure compliance with statutory requirements.\nTo assist in delivering sector-leading levels of service and customer care.\nTo select and control contractors to site when required.
