Make an impact!\nWe are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support multiple environmental services facilities across an assigned region. This role is responsible for managing a group of Operations Managers and driving operational excellence across their region by ensuring a strong focus on EHS, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, driving a customer-focused work environment and developing high performing teams.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nRegional Operations Leadership\nProvide strategic oversight for multiple facilities within a defined geographic region, driving operational consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all locations.\nIdentify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve productivity and service delivery.\nSupport the evaluation, development, and launch of potential new sites within the region.\nEnvironmental, Health & Safety Leadership\nDrive a culture where safety, environmental stewardship, and compliance are core values across all facilities, ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT, and company standards and procedures.\nPromote proactive risk identification, hazard prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor safety and environmental performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.\nFinancial Management & Business Performance\nManage regional operating budgets and monitor expenditures\nMaintain responsibility for multi-site P&L performance, overseeing operations exceeding $20 million in annual revenue.\nTrack KPIs related to safety, compliance, operations, and profitability.\nIdentify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness.\nSupport project pricing, proposal development, and scope evaluation activities.\nCustomer & Business Growth\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and operational execution and a strong partnership with Sales and Customer Experience teams\nIdentify growth opportunities and support strategies that expand regional business operations.\nTeam Development & Leadership\nLead a team of Operations Managers, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and performance-driven work environment.\nConduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and recommend and support employee training and professional development programs.\nLead teams through organizational growth and operational change initiatives.\nDo you have what it takes?\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum of 7 years of environmental services experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of management experience leading operational teams.\nPrevious labpacking experience strongly preferred.\nStrong logistics and transportation experience.\nExtensive knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.\nExperience in managing budgets and multi-site P&L responsibilities.\nExperience scoping, pricing, and quoting environmental or technical service projects.\nAbility to analyze operational performance and make data-driven decisions.\nStrong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to travel approximately 50-75% throughout the assigned region.\nWhat’s in for you?\nWhy Tradebe is Right for You\nCompetitive pay and benefits\nStudent loan repayment assistance\nGenerous vacation and sick plans\nMedical (including telehealth), dental and vision\n401k Retirement match\nFlexible spending accounts (FSA)\nHealth savings accounts (HSA)\nAgency paid, basic life and AD&D insurance\nCareer ladders, professional development, and promotion opportunities\nLeadership opportunities\nGreat work environment and culture\nAnd MORE!\nReady to make a difference?
