Able to handle pressure and passionate about Digital Marketing. At Tradedoubler we all work as one team, so you will be ready to work as a team player, adding value to our business.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in digital marketing or related field\n1-2 years’ experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing, ideally with partnership/publisher management focus.\nPrior experience in online or affiliate marketing is a plus but not mandatory - we value your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges\nStrong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyse trends\nExcellence in building relationships and working with different teams, publishers and clients\nDemonstrable influencing skills and commercial awareness\nConfident communicator, with proven oral and written presentation skills\nGreat team worker with excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools.
