We operate at the intersection of finance and technology, and we move quickly.\nThe Opportunity\nWe’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and grow the affiliate and partner channel for Tradeify 247. You’ll own the program end to end: recruiting new partners, supporting existing ones, tracking performance, and making sure the channel brings in quality traders at a healthy cost of acquisition. You’ll work closely with our marketing, compliance, and finance teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn day-to-day management of the Tradeify 247 affiliate program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing partner relationships\n\nIdentify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates, including influencers, communities, and introducing partners across crypto and forex trading\n\nSet and manage commission structures, payout schedules, and special deals in partnership with finance\n\nMonitor channel performance (registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, CPA) and report on it regularly\n\nOptimize the program through new offers, promotions, tiering, and creative assets based on the data\n\nSupply affiliates with marketing materials, tracking links, and product updates, and run regular touchpoints or partner events\n\nReview affiliate activity for quality and fraud, and enforce program terms\n\nMake sure all partner marketing complies with our guidelines and applicable financial promotion rules, working with the compliance team\n\nKeep an eye on competitor programs and industry trends to keep our offering competitive\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n2-4 years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs, ideally in crypto, forex, prop trading, or another financial services or fintech vertical\n\nHands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, Income Access, or similar)\n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting\n\nExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skills\n\nClear written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus\n\nUnderstanding of financial marketing compliance requirements\n\nSelf-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote environment\n\nNice to Have\nExisting relationships with affiliates or KOLs in the crypto or trading space\n\nExperience in the retail trading, prop trading, or crypto industry\n\nFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation tools\n\nExperience running affiliate events or attending industry expos\n\nWhat We Offer\nJoin a professional-grade trading firm at a pivotal stage of growth\n\nWork with and learn from experienced traders across multiple asset classes\n\nHigh-performance culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and results\n\nAccess to premium market data tools, exchange infrastructure, and industry resources\n\nCompetitive base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits\n\nA Note on Our Hiring Process\nAt Tradeify 247, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication.
