Clients trust us with their accounts and their money, and every conversation should earn that trust.\nThe Opportunity\nYou’ll join our client support team as we build it out and prepare to launch prediction markets. You’ll be a first point of contact for traders, answering account questions, explaining how markets work and resolve, and solving problems quickly in Intercom.\nYou’ll work closely with the Head of Support and learn our products hands-on, while taking real ownership of your queue.\nWhat You Will Do\nHandle client questions through Intercom chat, email, and tickets, with clear and accurate written replies\n\nHelp clients with account setup, verification, funding, withdrawals, and finding their way around the platform\n\nExplain how prediction markets work, including contract structure, pricing, settlement, and how outcomes are decided\n\nWork through market-specific questions during busy events, such as live sports and major news\n\nTroubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical problems to the right internal team\n\nTrack account changes, document submissions, and compliance questions through to resolution\n\nSpot patterns in client questions and pass them to product and operations\n\nKeep clean records of every client interaction in Intercom\n\nWork with compliance, risk, and operations to keep the client experience smooth\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in customer service, ideally in financial services, trading, betting, or a similar client-facing setting\n\nWorking knowledge of sports betting, prediction markets, or event-based trading\n\nStrong written communication: replies that are clear, friendly, and correct the first time\n\nHands-on experience with the Intercom help desk, including inboxes, macros, and ticket workflows\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and accurate when ticket volume spikes\n\nKnowledge of margin, settlement, and KYC/AML documentation\n\nTime at a prop firm, FCM, or introducing broker\n\nGood judgment about when to ask for help or escalate\n\nNice to Have\nFutures brokerage knowledge\n\nExperience with NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, or Rithmic\n\nExperience with Intercom’s Fin AI agent or similar support automation\n\nAdditional languages\n\nWhy Join Slay Markets\nHelp build support for a new product from the start\n\nA small team where your input gets used\n\nA clear path to grow as the firm scales\n\nPerformance bonus\n\nComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match\n\nA Note on Our Hiring Process\nAt Slay Markets, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication.
