If you want to build products where performance actually matters (where a 200ms lag on a dashboard is a real problem for real traders) this is a good place to do it.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Product Manager to support the development and optimization of Tradeify's trading platform, trader experience, and product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Manager to help define product requirements, gather and analyze user feedback, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our trading community.\nThis is a great opportunity for an early-career product professional to build hands-on experience shaping a live trading platform and to grow alongside a fast-moving product team in the competitive prop trading landscape.\nYou'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer, and this role is based in our Boca Raton office.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap, helping translate business objectives and trader needs into actionable product tasks.\n\nWrite clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and help manage the feature backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering on a day-to-day basis, attending sprint planning, standups, and refinement sessions, clarifying requirements in real time, triaging bugs, and helping unblock development so releases stay on schedule.\n\nHelp design and iterate on product features that increase trader engagement, motivation, and retention throughout the funding and evaluation process.\n\nMonitor how new features perform once shipped, tracking engagement and usage metrics, running small experiments, and recommending adjustments based on what actually changes trader behavior.\n\nAssist with trader interviews, surveys, and behavioral data analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and feature requirements.\n\nOwn smaller features and product initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through launch, with support from the Product Manager on more complex or cross-functional efforts.\n\nCoordinate with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing to ensure features are cohesive, well-communicated, and land smoothly with the trader community.\n\nHelp test new releases and coordinate user acceptance testing with Engineering, since we don't have a dedicated QA function, to confirm features meet quality and requirements before ship.\n\nTrack competitor products and fintech trends to bring fresh ideas into the roadmap.\n\nHelp prepare product updates, roadmap materials, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.\n\nMaintain product documentation and changelogs so the team has a clear record of what shipped and why.\n\nWhat You Bring\n1-2 years of experience in a product management, product analyst, associate product manager, or similar role; experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services is a plus.\n\nStrong analytical skills with an interest in using data to inform product decisions and measure success through KPIs and user metrics.\n\nFamiliarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.) and agile development methodologies.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\n\nUser-centric mindset with interest or experience in user research, interviews, or usability testing.\n\nTechnical literacy with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly.\n\nMust be able to work in-office in Boca Raton, FL.\n\nNice To Have\nExperience with gamification design (e.g., badges, leaderboards, streaks, rewards) or a personal interest as an avid gamer.\n\nInterest in or understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and the needs of retail and professional traders.\n\nExposure to trading platforms, brokerage systems, or financial technology products.\n\nBackground in B2C SaaS or subscription-based business models.\n\nFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements affecting trading platforms.\n\nExposure to API integrations and third-party platform partnerships.\n\nDegree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.\n\nWhy Join Tradeify\nJoin a professional-grade futures trading firm at a pivotal stage of growth\n\nWork with and learn from experienced traders across multiple asset classes\n\nHigh-performance culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and results\n\nAccess to premium market data tools, exchange infrastructure, and industry resources\n\nCompetitive base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits\n\nBe a foundational member of the accounting operations at a growing fintech company\n\nA Note on Our Hiring Process\nAt Tradeify Futures, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication.
