This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about performance, design fidelity, and developer experience - and who can translate complex trading workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.\nYou will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver experiences that directly impact traders globally. This is a hands-on role based out of our Boca Raton, FL office.\nWhat You Will Do\nUI Engineering\nBuild responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks\n\nTranslate designs into pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant UI components\n\nDevelop and maintain a scalable design system and component library\n\nImplement real-time dashboards, data visualizations, and trading-related interfaces\n\nOptimize for Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and cross-browser compatibility\n\nState & Data Management\nArchitect client-side state management for complex, data-intensive applications\n\nIntegrate with REST APIs and WebSocket streams for real-time market data\n\nBuild efficient data-fetching layers with caching, polling, and streaming support\n\nHandle high-frequency UI updates with minimal performance overhead\n\nEngineering & Collaboration\nPartner with Design to refine UX flows and maintain consistency across the product\n\nWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable component code\n\nContribute to frontend tooling, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines\n\nParticipate in code reviews and help define frontend engineering standards\n\nTroubleshoot performance and rendering issues in production\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n6+ years of experience in frontend or UI engineering\n\nExpert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript\n\nStrong understanding of Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks\n\nExperience building real-time or data-dense interfaces (dashboards, charts, tables)\n\nDeep understanding of browser rendering, CSS architecture, and web performance optimization\n\nFamiliarity with state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or Jotai\n\nExperience integrating WebSocket or streaming APIs on the frontend\n\nSolid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design\n\nAbility to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nNice to Have\nExperience within fintech, trading, crypto, or financial data products\n\nFamiliarity with charting libraries such as TradingView, D3.js, Recharts, or ECharts\n\nExposure to real-time market data feeds or order book visualizations\n\nExperience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries\n\nKnowledge of animation and micro-interaction libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)\n\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress\n\nExperience with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation\n\nWhy Join Tradeify\nJoin a rapidly scaling fintech and trading platform\n\nWork on products used by a global community of traders\n\nHigh ownership and ability to make direct impact\n\nHybrid environment in Boca Raton, FL with a fast-moving startup culture\n\nOpportunity to work across the full frontend stack - UI systems, data visualization, and real-time interfaces\n\nCollaborative, ambitious, and highly driven team environment\n\nA Note on Our Hiring Process\nAt Tradeify Futures, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication.
