You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to enable reliable, data-driven decision-making. Your work will support product strategy, fraud prevention, customer trust initiatives, and the modernization of our Fintech platforms.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign, build, and own core analytical data models supporting consistent measurement across fintech products, including fraud prevention, transaction flows, and customer journeys\nDefine and document KPI logic, metric definitions, and analytical standards to ensure a shared and trusted view of performance across fintech analytics\nAct as an analytical partner to Fintech product teams supporting Dealertrack and CMS, generating insights that enable data-informed product development, optimization, and prioritization\nEnsure product and business decisions are grounded in robust and reliable analysis across financial workflows\nServe as a technical mentor within the analytics team, establishing best practices for analytical methodologies, data quality, and metric definitions in a regulated fintech environment\nGuide junior analysts on complex analytical problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data literacy and promote data-informed decision making\nWhat you’ll need\n5+ years of experience in data analytics with strong hands-on experience in analytical data modelling, ideally supporting financial, saas or platform-based products \nStrong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as power bi, tableau or quicksight\nDemonstrated regular use of GenAI tools to accelerate sql development, analytical modelling, documentation and problem-solving with measurable impact on efficiency or quality\nExperience working with financial, transactional or operational datasets\nAbility to work autonomously and partner closely with fintech product and engineering teams to identify analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights\nStrong communication skills and ability to present complex data and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nProven ability to gather, analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems while ensuring accuracy, consistency and trust in reported metrics\nWhat’s in it for you \nWe understand that there is life at work and life outside of work.
