You’ll partner with Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, content, email and web teams on everything from dealer campaigns and sales enablement to event branding, landing pages and email templates. The Senior Motion Designer will mentor you on video, motion and brand campaign work.\nDesign dealer acquisition and retention campaigns, sales enablement materials, and product marketing assets.\n\nCreate executive presentations, one-pagers, media kits, pitch decks, and event branding.\n\nBuild and maintain B2B templates, design systems, and visual standards aligned to brand guidelines.\n\nSupport B2B social and video content, including edits, 2D animation, motion graphics, cutdowns, and GIFs.\n\nSupport the Senior Motion Designer on brand campaign rollouts across B2B channels.\n\nDesign landing pages, websites, and presentations, turning wireframes into production-ready mockups.\n\nCreate and maintain B2B email templates and design dealer and industry email campaigns.\n\nSupport A/B testing and use performance data to develop best practices.\n\nEnsure brand consistency and WCAG accessibility, and QA final outputs and source files.\n\nStay current on design tools, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging formats.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and tech teams, and support wider Marketing projects as needed.\n\nManage multiple priorities and meet deadlines using production calendars.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or online advertising.\n\nExcellent eye for design and typography, and comfort giving and receiving feedback.\n\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.\n\nVideo editing and motion graphics skills for social-first and long-form content.\n\nStrong understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to make complex concepts clear and engaging.\n\nAbility to create mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly assets.\n\nIntermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Drupal.\n\nExperience with email and marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot.\n\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and on a team.\n\nOpen to learning new AI-driven tools and platforms.\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.\n\nProlonged desk and computer work, with occasional travel to industry events.\n\nBonus Points\nKnowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.\n\nKnowledge of digital advertising and social media creative best practices.\n\nExperience designing B2B, sales enablement, or event materials.\n\nLocation: Hybrid Toronto, ON (3 days in office minimum)\nSalary: $70,000 - $85,000 CAD\nSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.\nTI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
