This role owns the marketing calendar and social media presence, making sure campaigns, events, and communications launch on time, on budget, and on brand.\nOwn the master marketing calendar and serve as the primary coordination partner to the Director of Marketing, tracking deadlines and timelines and following up with stakeholders.\n\nPlan, schedule, and manage internal teams, agencies, and vendors so projects are completed on time, on budget, and within brand guidelines.\n\nManage social media placement, scheduling, and engagement across all company platforms, creating content directly and directing agency partners.\n\nTrack and report on social media and campaign performance, recommending changes based on the data.\n\nPlan and execute national, local, internal, and customer-facing events.\n\nAuthor, build, and launch data-driven email and marketing campaigns using the customer and lead database and audience profiling tools.\n\nDevelop content, graphic assets, and templates for online, print, email, and local/regional use.\n\nManage review sites (Reputation.com, Google, Trustpilot, BBB), including nurture emails and complaint resolution to improve reviews.\n\nManage Pop Sells’ internal communications, including Squawk Box, Dispatch, and online training resources.\n\nHelp administer the Pop Shop, business card orders, and other structured programs.\n\nProvide other marketing and sales support as assigned.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCreative problem solver with a strong eye for design and ad copy.\n\nHighly organized, able to manage many deadlines and priorities at once.\n\nExperience managing agencies or outside vendors.\n\nExperience with social media scheduling, design, and project management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, monday.com).\n\nProficiency in G Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive communicator who works well on a team.\n\nSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.\nTI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
