This role will help maintain a highly customized Salesforce platform supporting more than 300 users across multiple business units operating within a single Salesforce org.\nThe ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-minded. They not only execute requests but also understand the broader business impact of platform changes. They are a strategic thinker who can evaluate how enhancements, automations, and configuration changes affect multiple teams, processes, and business units, ensuring scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.\nAdminister a Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment serving 300+ users across multiple business units.\n\nBuild, maintain, and troubleshoot Flows and other declarative automation.\n\nSupport Sales Engagement, Cadence Automation, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), and Outlook Integration.\n\nConfigure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and validation rules.\n\nMonitor platform health, automation, scheduled jobs, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.\n\nDevelop reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.\n\nSupport release management, including sandbox testing, UAT, and production deployments.\n\nTroubleshoot integrations with internal teams and third-party vendors.\n\nMaintain documentation for processes, configurations, and administrative procedures.\n\nProvide user support and training to drive adoption and best practices.\n\nRecommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.\n\nSupport document generation and eSignature tools, including Conga Composer and Conga Sign.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.\n\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\n\nExperience supporting Lightning Experience in a complex, multi-team environment.\n\nStrong experience building and troubleshooting Flows.\n\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.\n\nExperience creating reports and dashboards.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to evaluate the downstream impact of platform changes across users, processes, and business units.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with Omni-Channel, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge, Einstein/AI, and telephony integrations.\n\nExperience with HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Sign, DemandTools, Gong, and GeoPointe.\n\nExperience supporting integrations with ERP, finance, billing, marketing, and other enterprise platforms.\n\nKnowledge of data management, release management, user administration, and governance practices.\n\nExperience supporting multiple business units in a shared, highly customized Salesforce org.\n\nSo come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.\nTI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
