service-throughout North America and the Caribbean.\nFor more details visit www.flytradewind.com\nABOUT THE CANDIDATE / ROLE\nThis is a PC-12 Simulator Instructor position which is located at the RTC simulator facility in Tampa, FL.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nConduct Initial/Recurrent/Upgrade Training and Checking in the Pilatus PC-12 simulator \nGenerate and maintain the schedule of sessions in the Tampa simulator throughout the year \nAssist the Director of Training in researching, evaluating, and implementing new or revised training systems, policies, and procedures \nFAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Single-Engine Land (ASEL) with instrument rating. \nMust be able to relocate to within 90 minutes of the Tamps Simulator Facility \nMust meet the requirements of 14 CFR § 135.337 and 135.338 for simulator qualification \nExcellent presentation ability. \nFour year college degree or equivalent experience. \nKnowledge of and the ability to teach aircraft systems, operating procedures and policies \nExcellent interpersonal skills, team oriented and self-directed. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills. \nProficient with Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. \nAbility to learn new software and systems efficiently. \nSome travel required as needed at other training locations. \nAbility to work night shift multiple consecutive nights. \nOther duties as assigned \nRequirements\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious Part 135 experience. \nPilatus PC-12 experience. \nCFII with turbine aircraft experience. \nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 15 pounds. \nAbility to work in confined spaces as required. \nAbility to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work. \nAbility to communicate effectively by phone and during in-person and virtual meetings. \nAbility to use a computer keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment. \nWORKING CONDITIONS\nPrimarily an indoor office environment with standard lighting and temperature-controlled conditions. \nRegular use of computers and standard office equipment. \nProlonged periods of sitting and computer use may be
