The Operations Supervisor, serves as a leader within the Operations Center and is responsible for maintaining situational awareness across daily scheduling and dispatch activities. This individual will foster a client-focused, solution-oriented culture by proactively identifying potential operational issues, coordinating resources effectively, and ensuring team members remain aligned with departmental priorities and responsibilities.\nThe ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, anticipates challenges before they arise, and promotes collaboration across the Operations team. They will lead by example through adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide coaching and guidance when necessary, and help ensure the consistent execution of safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.\nResponsibilities\nPromote and contribute to a positive and healthy work environment. \nMaintain a culture of exceptional client service focused on anticipating client needs and delivering effective solutions. \nProvide daily leadership and oversight of the Operations Center. \nMaintain situational awareness of all operational activities and identify potential issues before they impact operations. \nEnsure department and organizational goals are achieved. \nDelegate resources and responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency and workload balance. \nMonitor team performance and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time. \nLead by example in the understanding and adherence of company SOPs. \nEnsure team compliance with established SOPs and provide coaching and corrective guidance when necessary. \nPromote the safe release of Part 91 and Part 135 flights. \nRun daily operations meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. \nInterface with other departments to support operational objectives and SOP compliance. \nAnticipate future operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. \nProvide Scheduling and Dispatch coverage during PTO or staffing shortages. \nParticipate in interviews and candidate evaluations as requested. \nParticipate in on-call responsibilities as assigned. \nAdditional duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nQualifications\nMinimum high school diploma required;
