We're looking for a Facility Manager to join our Global Facility team in Sofia, Bulgaria, reporting to the Head of Facility. In this role, you'll help shape and execute our global facilities strategy, ensuring our office portfolio - spanning the UK, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Ireland, UAE and Australia - enables business growth while delivering an exceptional workplace experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys managing facilities projects, stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence across multiple locations. The role involves ad hoc international travel to our offices across the region.
What You'll Do
Support the development and execution of the global facilities strategy across our office portfolio
Manage the office lease lifecycle, including lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, terminations, and landlord relationships
Partner with internal stakeholders, including Workplace, Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement, to deliver facilities initiatives aligned with business needs
Lead and coordinate office fit-out, relocation, refurbishment, and expansion projects across multiple regions
Monitor lease obligations, critical dates, budgets, and occupancy to ensure efficient portfolio management
Identify opportunities to optimise our facilities footprint, improve cost efficiency, and enhance employee experience
Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations to support strategic facilities decisions
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and global facilities standards
What You Need To Have
5+ years of proven experience in corporate real estate, commercial facilities, or facilities portfolio management within an international organisation, including time in a senior or lead capacity
Strong understanding of lease management, commercial negotiations, and property transactions
Demonstrated experience managing office fit-out, relocation, or workplace projects across multiple locations and jurisdictions
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and operate with autonomy
Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, reporting, and portfolio performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects in a high-growth environment
Willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis
Fluency in English and Bulgarian

Experience managing global or regional office portfolios in a fast-growing technology or financial services company
Familiarity with workplace strategy, hybrid working models, or sustainability initiatives in corporate facilities
