You’ll also follow up with prospective students who need help completing their registration.\nWorking alongside our Preview Presenters in the Denver area, and at off-site events throughout the local area, you’ll bring the warmth, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet that make great hosts stand out. Your work will help attendees feel comfortable and supported.\nWhat You'll Do\nEvent Coordination & Guest Experience\nPrepare event spaces for preview workshops\nGreet and check in attendees, assign seating, and set the tone for a professional, welcoming environment\nSupport presenters and ensure all participants - including online attendees - are comfortable and engaged\nHelp interested participants complete enrollment using digital or paper tools\nMaintain accurate attendance records and distribute daily event reports in Salesforce\nProspect Follow-Up & Support\nAnswer questions, provide additional information, and support informed enrollment registration\nLog all communications and tasks in Salesforce\nReach out to attendees who expressed interest but were unable to register at the event.\nMaintain accuracy and attention to detail across all responsibilities\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\n2+ years in a guest-facing, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination role\nNaturally warm and professional presence - you make people feel welcomed and at ease\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in records and follow-through\nComfortable in fast-paced, event-day environments\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM\nAvailable to work weekends\nReliable transportation is necessary; remote events require local regional travel, up to 50%.\nWhy Join Trading Academy\nWe're a mission-driven financial education company that believes in empowering people to take control of their financial future.
