This role requires a customer-focused professional who consistently delivers exceptional customer support experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer setup and maintenance within our systemsOnboard new customers by collecting signed credit applications and applicable agreements, and documenting shipping requirements\nCross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics\nSalesforce (CRM) - Set up customer accounts, profiles, and complete related administrative tasks\nDealer Portal - Set up customer access and provide training and ongoing support\nOrder entry and order management, resolving account related issues, processing returns, and issuing credits\n\nAnswer incoming customer inquiries related to, but not limited to:General product information\nAvailability and pricing\nOrder status\n\nGeneral office administration:Projects as assigned\nMerchandising execution - order processing, execution, and delivery coordination\nOrder supplies - samples, branded collateral\nSubmitting invoices for processing\nOther related tasks\n\nQualifications\nJob Requirements\nAbility to multitask in a high-volume customer setting via email and phone\nExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems\nExperience with power tools and/or outdoor power equipment a plus\nWilling to take initiative, ask questions, and suggest improvements\nPossess a high level of competency as it relates to details and accuracy\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work in a team environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, email, etc.\nMust be professional and have a \"can do\" attitude\nExperience working closely with team members in a small, growing office environment\nThe salary range for this position is $50k to $60k.
