Overview the implementation within team plans;\n\nCollaborate with CPO and stakeholders to prepare and implement product roadmaps;\n\nImprove our engineering culture: establish architecture principles, engineering standards and clear roles, cultivate ownership and autonomy among engineers;\n\nRefine main architectural decisions to ensure they suit our context in the best possible way;\n\nImprove delivery by changing the processes from planning to deployment;\n\nAdopt new tools and manage resources pragmatically: to keep our systems reliable and efficient;\n\nProvide infrastructure and access management so analysts have timely data in secure, self-serve tooling.\n👨🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:\n\n5+ years in senior technical leadership roles: CTO, Head or VP of Engineering, Engineering Director or Manager;\n\nLed organizations of 40+ engineers and scaled at least one team by 2× (from ~15+ engineers);\n\nWorked in product companies, aligning needs of multiple products or business areas;\n\nHas a strong technical background.
