Software Engineering Manager — Funded Development

We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead the Funded Development (Services / NRR) POD - the cross-functional team accountable for delivering customer-funded enhancements and bespoke solutions on top of our trading platform. The role sits at the intersection of engineering delivery and commercial commitment and is measured on how predictably the POD ships committed customer work on time, at the quality bar our clients expect, across multiple concurrent engagements.

This is a working manager role: you are expected to stay close to the code - reviewing designs, code and stepping in on the hardest problems - while primarily driving delivery for the POD. The POD's core surface is Order Routing and the Market Data ecosystem, with regular contributions into Risk, FIX services, trading UI enhancements and other backend systems as customer commitments require.
