It works with containerization, automation, orchestration, virtualization, and monitoring systems.\n Responsibilities\nInvestigate production incidents and drive them through resolution until all consequences are fully addressed.\n\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in postmortem reviews together with engineering and product teams.\n\nTrack and drive corrective actions resulting from incidents and postmortem activities.\n\nDevelop and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for assigned services.\n\nDefine and maintain SLI/SLOs, analyze reliability metrics, and monitor service health objectives.\n\nTake ownership of SLA compliance for assigned frontend and backend services.\n\nDefine and implement availability requirements at the service level, in coordination with engineering and product owners.\n\nIdentify gaps in monitoring and observability and implement improvements to reduce detection and recovery times.\n\nDevelop and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and service recovery procedures.\n\nParticipate in incident validation and escalation reviews.\n\nReview and maintain operational and technical documentation.\n\nAnalyze service performance, resource utilization, and capacity-related risks.\n\nContribute to automation of diagnostics, incident response, and operational workflows.\n\nShare operational knowledge and train duty engineers on new tools, procedures, and best practices.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations and assist with complex or cross-service incidents.\n\nWhat makes you the perfect fit\nExperience as an SRE, Reliability Engineer, Production Engineer, Operations Engineer, or in a similar role.\n\nHands-on experience investigating production incidents and performing root cause analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability principles.\n\nExperience working with metrics, logs, and distributed tracing systems.\n\nKnowledge of SLA, SLI, SLO, and error budget concepts.\n\nExperience creating and maintaining operational documentation and runbooks.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive investigations to actionable outcomes.\n\nUnderstanding of distributed systems and high-load environments.\n\nExperience automating operational and repetitive tasks.\n\nWill be a plus\nCKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or/and CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certifications.\n\nExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar observability platforms.\n\nExperience implementing reliability practices within engineering organizations.\n\nExperience with incident management and problem management processes.\n\nUnderstanding of Google Four Golden Signals.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for incident investigation and diagnostics.\n\nExperience operating large-scale distributed systems.\n\n What we offer you\nFlexible working hours and a hybrid work format\n\nWell-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work\n\nA global, distributed team of 500+ professionals\n\nLearning, mentorship, and long-term career growth\n\nRelocation support and private health insurance\n\nPerformance-based bonuses\n\nTradingView Premium access\n\nRegular team events and company-wide meetups\n\nJoin the TradingView team and help us build a product used by millions of traders and investors worldwide.
