This will include collection of outstanding payments and managing disputes in line with established policies. As part of the overall RWS business strategy we are making a significant investment in upgrading our financial systems and processes to deliver enhanced reporting and control, more efficient processing enabling great value through enhanced business partnering and decision support.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nYou’ll be responsible for completing of collections activities and maintaining collections record for the company, including collection of outstanding payments and managing disputes\nCommunication with customers on issues related to collections, including investigation and root cause analysis to solve disputes correctly\nHelp with queries from regulatory authorities, external auditors and other third parties\nThis is a senior role, so you will have a significant role in implementing and enforcing collections processes within the team and you’ll act as the right hand to the Lead\nSupport of the rest of the team in day-to-day activities, especially with issues requiring deeper expertise\nSupport of continuous improvement of the AR processes and systems\nYou’ll take active part in the planned ERP system change\nSkills & Experience\nIdeally 3+ years' experience in O2C collections operations\nEnglish language skills at intermediate level\nAdvanced MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude to interpret customer and financial data\nStrong knowledge of finance business processes, collections policies, treatment strategies, and statutory accounting principles to ensure compliant SSC operations\nWorking knowledge of core finance and specifically collections systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\nAbility to work in a fast-moving environment with proactive approach\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
