This role will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of travel and expense processes across the organization, from transaction processing and controls through reporting, governance, process improvement, and project delivery.\nThe successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert and process owner for T&E and corporate card administration, driving standardization, operational excellence, and user experience improvements across the group. As part of the overall RWS business strategy we are making a significant investment in upgrading our financial systems and processes to deliver enhanced reporting and control, more efficient processing enabling great value through enhanced business partnering and decision support.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nTravel & Expense Process Ownership\nOwn and oversee the end-to-end Travel & Expense process across the organization.\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims and travel-related transactions.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve T&E policies, procedures, and controls.\nMonitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nAct as the primary point of contact for T&E-related inquiries and escalations.\nCorporate Card Program Management\nManage the company's corporate card portfolio across multiple card providers and programs.\nServe as the administrator for all corporate card platforms and tools.\nCoordinate card issuance, cancellations, account maintenance, and user support.\nPartner with banking and card providers regarding operational and strategic matters.\nMonitor card utilization, compliance, and fraud prevention measures.\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain management reporting and KPI dashboards.\nAnalyze travel and expense data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.\nProvide regular reporting to Finance leadership and key stakeholders.\nMaintain and enhance T&E and corporate card data repositories and databases.\nProcess Improvement & Project Leadership\nLead projects related to Travel & Expense transformation, automation, and system enhancements.\nDesign and implement scalable and efficient T&E processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the employee expense lifecycle.\nPartner with Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects.\nSupport implementation and optimization of T&E technologies and workflows.\nGovernance & Stakeholder Management\nEstablish governance frameworks and operational standards.\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, cardholders, finance teams, and external partners.\nDeliver training, communication, and user guidance materials.\nChair or participate in governance forums and working groups.\nTeam Leadership (Future Scope)\nProvide leadership and direction to a future team or virtual working group.\nEstablish team objectives, performance measures, and development plans.\nFoster a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nSkills & Experience\nEducation in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\nSignificant experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations,\nExperience managing corporate credit card programs (AMEX, HSBC, KB, Barclays, Citi etc)\nProven project management and process improvement experience\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\nExperience working with ERP systems and T&E platforms\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to operate independently and drive change in a global environment\nExperience within multinational organizations\nKnowledge of travel management and expense technologies\nLean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar process improvement/project management qualification\nExperience building teams or leading cross-functional working groups\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
