Our RWS Transform division empowers organizations to accelerate digital transformation, scale global content, and unlock growth in every market.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nManage assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to meet delivery, quality, and profitability targets\nCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle\nMaintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status updates\nMonitor project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to ensure financial control\nEscalate risks, quality concerns, and resource issues when needed\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes\nEnsure all work aligns with client requirements and RWS production processes\nSupport process improvement initiatives and localization best practices\nMaintain accurate records and contribute to KPI and reporting activities\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and support client retention and account growth\nTake ownership of personal development and continuously improve project management knowledge and skills\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles\nExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple projects\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nGood organizational and planning abilities\nAbility to manage priorities and solve problems effectively\nFinancial awareness and budget management understanding\nExperience with Microsoft Office and project management or localization tools\nKnowledge of translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments and teams\nComfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities\nDegree or qualification in Project Management\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
